AI Enhanced Constructionism for Educational Game Design
This paper describes and discusses how AI enhanced constructionism could be involved to stimulate active learning in a course on game-based learning. The main objective in the course is to create artefacts that could be combined to a game prototype at ...

The Evolvement of Constructionism: An Overview of the Literature
This paper reviews the theory of constructionism from its evolvement in 1980s towards its more recent implementations. By reviewing recent research conducted under the framework of constructionism, we set off in understanding its key ideas and their ...

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

This conceptual paper analyses several theoretical frameworks for “learning through making” using technology. First, the theoretical framework of Constructionism, which was proposed by Seymour Papert (1987), is discussed which is based on an integration of constructivist views of learning and social views of learning.
