Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...

Norm-Bounded Model Predictive Control Allocation Strategy for an Over-Actuated Aircraft

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of Control Systems
In this paper, a novel solution for addressing the control allocation problem for over-actuated autonomous aircraft is presented. Inparticular, a detailed High Altitude Performance Demonstrator (HAPD) is used to show the effectiveness of the control ...

Network Topology Governs Photocatalytic Water Splitting in Organic Two‐Dimensional Crystals

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Network topology in organic two‐dimensional crystals (O2DCs) dictates the photocatalytic water splitting performance. Kagome‐lattice O2DCs exhibit strong electron‐hole mass asymmetry, spatially separated carriers, and longer recombination lifetimes, exceeding rhombic isomers.

Vector‐Field Control and Emergent Basal‐Plane Anisotropy of Magnetic Textures in Noncentrosymmetric (Fe0.63Ni0.3Pd0.07)3P

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A field‐driven transition from chiral stripes to an achiral fan state is observed in a tetragonal magnet and linked to a temperature‐dependent rotation of the effective Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction axis. This interplay generates pronounced in‐plane anisotropy and provides a new route for controlling chiral spin textures in noncentrosymmetric ...

Vehicle Motion Control Allocation Including Tire Wear Minimization

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of Vehicular Technology
Tire wear is a major source of microplastic emissions, adversely affecting soil, water, air quality, and ecosystems, while also representing a non-negligible operational cost for road vehicles.

Stability of Medicinal Nanoemulsions to Spaceflight: Insights From the StarMed Experiment

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Chitosan‐coated melatonin nanoemulsions (MN) recovered from a sounding rocket mission preserve droplet size and controlled‐release behavior, whereas uncoated nanoemulsions show ageing‐driven droplet growth and increased accessible drug fraction. Simple polymer coatings thus enhance the flight resilience of liquid space medicines under cumulative launch

Bumpless Multi-Mode Control Allocation for Over-Actuated AUV Docking

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
This paper addresses the multi-phase homing and docking missions of over-actuated autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), where switching among forward cruising, reverse braking, and hovering can induce actuator saturation, rate limit violations, and ...
