Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Driving Capability-Based Transition Strategy for Cooperative Driving: From Manual to Automatic
In open traffic environments, humans still have to remain in the control loop of vehicle due to the insufficient of the existing technologies and their high costs. For the realization of cooperation between the human and the automatic driving system, the

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Communication Efficient Cooperative Perception via Codebook-Free Vector Quantization
Recent advances in cooperative perception have demonstrated significant performance improvements over single-agent perception. In practice, cooperative perception methods often exchange intermediate multi-channel BEV feature maps at a high frame rate ...

Collision-Aware Communication for Intersection Management of Automated Vehicles
Intersection management of automated vehicles relies on wireless communication, whereby communication resources should be allocated to vehicles while maintaining safety. We present a collision-aware resource allocation (CARA) strategy for coordination of

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Effectiveness Proving and Control of Platoon-Based Vehicular Cyber-Physical Systems
With the application of cyber-physical systems, many cargo fleets take the initiative to form a platoon during transportation. Compared with the conventional signal timing algorithms, the platoon-based algorithm can greatly reduce the traveling time ...
