Computational Analysis of Haemodynamic Indices in Synthetic Atherosclerotic Coronary Netwroks
Haemodynamic indices are widely used in clinical practice when deciding on a particular type of treatment. Low quality of the computed tomography data and tachycardia complicate interpretation of the measured or simulated values. In this work, we present

Analysis of the influence of heart size and gender on coronary circulation type [PDF]
Currently, there are many types of classification of coronary circulation. The first type was introduced in 1904 by Banchi. Hettler provides very detailed criteria for the type classification based on the course of the anterior and posterior ...

Supramolecular biomimetic nanoaggregates (HFCu NAs), constructed with fluorinated histidine and copper ions via metal coordination and aromatic packing, exhibit enhanced reactive oxygen species (ROS)generation at tumor sites, which results in stepwise collapse of the extracellular matrix (ECM), affording tumor microenvironment responsive “turn‐on” 19F ...

Extracellular Matrix Targeted MRI Probes
Gadolinium based MRI probes targeted to ECM components, either proteins or enzymes, hold promise for accurate molecular characterization and staging of fibrotic diseases in vivo. Non‐covalent binding probes (1), reactive probes (2), and enzyme‐responsive probes (3) are discussed.
