Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

Dynamical coupled-channel approach to hadronic and electromagnetic production of kaon-hyperon on the proton

open access: yes, 2006
A dynamical coupled-channel formalism for processes $\pi N \to KY$ and $\gamma N \to KY$ is presented which provides a comprehensive investigation of recent data on the $\gamma p \to K^+ \Lambda$ reaction.

Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 increases metastatic potential and aggressiveness in colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

14C(11B, 9Be)16N reaction mechanisms and potential of the 9Be + 16N interaction [PDF]

open access: yesЯдерна фізика та енергетика, 2013
New experimental data for differential cross sections of the 14С(11B, 9Be)16N reaction were measured for the ground states of 9Be and 16N nuclei as well as for the excited states of 16N at the energy Elab.(11В) = 45 MeV.

Fusion excitation function measurement for 6Li+64Ni at near-barrier energies

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2015
Total fusion excitation function has been measured for the reaction of weakly bound 6Li projectile on medium mass 64Ni target at energies near the Coulomb barrier of the system.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

7Li(15N,14C)8Be reaction and 13,14C + 8Be nuclei interactions

open access: yesЯдерна фізика та енергетика, 2017
Angular distributions of the 7Li(15N,14C)8Be reaction were measured at the energy Elab(15N) = 81 MeV. The reaction data were analyzed within coupled-reaction-channels (CRC) method. The 7Li + 15N elastic and inelastic scattering and the more important one-

Coupled-channels density-matrix approach to low-energy nuclear reaction dynamics

open access: yes, 2010
Atomic nuclei are complex, quantum many-body systems whose structure manifests itself through intrinsic quantum states associated with different excitation modes or degrees of freedom.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.
