The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Experimental Study of Shear Creep Characteristic of Moraine Soil in Dadu River Bridge in Luding
The sediment of the Kangding Bank of Luding Dadu River Bridge of Sichuan–Tibet Expressway mostly consists of very thick moraine soli. In order to study the shear creep characteristic of moraine soil and the long-term deformation of bridge gravity anchor,

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Experimental Analysis of the Behaviour of Aluminium Alloy EN 6082AW T6 at High Temperature
The paper presents test results for the mechanical and creep properties of European aluminium alloy EN 6082AW T6 at high temperatures. Mechanical properties of the aluminium alloy were determined by means of two types of test: constant stress-rate and ...

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Simulation of the small punch creep test with consideration of variation of material properties
A new finite element model of the small punch creep test is described. The material constitutive relationship for creep considered is a simple Norton power law: in this study the exponent in the power law is varied for each element to simulate the random

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.
