Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Entanglement wedge cross sections require tripartite entanglement
We argue that holographic CFT states require a large amount of tripartite entanglement, in contrast to the conjecture that their entanglement is mostly bipartite.

NEUTRINO NUCLEUS CROSS-SECTIONS
We present the results of our calculation which has been performed to study the nuclear effects in the quasielastic, inelastic and deep inelastic scattering of neutrinos(antineutrinos) from nuclear targets. These calculations are done in the local density approximation.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Cross sections for 2-to-1 meson–meson scattering
We study the processes $$K{\bar{K}} \rightarrow \phi $$ K K ¯ → ϕ , $$\pi D \rightarrow D^*$$ π D → D ∗ , $$\pi {\bar{D}} \rightarrow {\bar{D}}^*$$ π D ¯ → D ¯ ∗ , and the production of $$\psi (3770)$$ ψ ( 3770 ) , $$\psi (4040)$$ ψ ( 4040 ) , $$\psi ...

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

Experimental Absorption Cross Sections for ZrO
Absorption cross sections for ZrO are provided and can be used as a template to interpret spectra of S-type stars. The ZrO spectrum was measured in emission from a carbon furnace at 2700 K and calibrated using synthetic spectra of ^90 Zr ^16 O.

Inclusive top cross sections in ATLAS
The ATLAS collaboration at the LHC has published inclusive cross-section measurements for the single-top and $t\overline{t}$ production modes at center-of-mass energies of $\sqrt{s} = 5.02, 8.16$, $13$, and $13.6$ TeV.
