M-Cube — towards correlative multi-scale light-sheet imaging using a compact, modular and moving illuminator [PDF]
The crossed arrangement of excitation and collection optics is the defining feature of selective plane illumination microscopes. It results in an axial sectioning given by the thickness of the light sheet, whereas the lateral resolution depends on the ...

Hopf crossed module (co)algebras [PDF]
Given a crossed module $\chi$, we introduce Hopf $\chi$-(co)algebras which generalize Hopf algebras and Hopf group-(co)algebras. We interpret them as Hopf algebras in some symmetric monoidal category. We prove that their categories of representations are

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Let \(R\) be either a division ring or a left Noetherian simple ring of Krull dimension 1. Suppose that \(G\) is a supersolvable group and \(C=R*G\) a crossed product. Assume that \(C\) is a simple right Ore domain. Then any left ideal of \(C\) is stably 2-generated, any left stably free module of rank \(\geq 2\) is free.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Homotopy of lie-rinehart crossed module morphisms

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Baer Invariants of Crossed Modules
The author translates into the language of categories of (pre)crossed modules some results on Baer invariants of groups. This creates a unified procedure for viewing some previously known results, e.g., those by \textit{D. Conduché} and \textit{G. J. Ellis} [Quelques propriétés homologiques des modules précroisés, J. Algebra 123, No.

We show that emergence of castration‐resistant prostate (CRPC) is associated with significant upregulation of cyclins that positively regulate cyclin‐dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) and concomitant downregulation of CDK4 cyclins. This renders CRPC cells dependent on the high activity of CDK2, and CDK2 inhibitors synergistically sensitize CRPC cells to both ...
