Prostate Cancer Patient‐Derived Organoids (PDOs) as Functional Avatars for Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO)‐Based Personalized Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Prostate patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) were established from TURP and biopsy specimens with >90% success and retain key features of their tissues of origin, making them functional avatars for antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapy . Transfecting single cells outside the Matrigel matrix and then reconstituting organoids overcomes the 3D delivery ...

CRPC Membrane-Camouflaged, Biomimetic Nanosystem for Overcoming Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer by Cellular Vehicle-Aided Tumor Targeting

open access: yes, 2022
Castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) is the most common malignant tumor of the male urinary system. Nanodrug delivery systems (NDDS) have been widely applied in drug delivery for tumor therapy; however, nanotherapeutics encounter various ...

EP300‐Mediated MTF1‐K218 Lactylation Buffers AR‐Driven Copper Overload to Suppress Cuproptosis in Castration‐Resistant Prostate Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Androgen receptor (AR) drives copper accumulation in prostate cancer while inducing MTF1 to buffer copper toxicity. EP300‐mediated lactylation of MTF1 at K218 promotes its nuclear translocation and metallothionein expression, sequestering cytosolic copper and preventing mitochondrial cuproptosis.

P300/SP1 complex mediating elevated METTL1 regulates CDK14 mRNA stability via internal m7G modification in CRPC

open access: yes, 2023
Background N7-methylguanosine (m7G) modification is, a more common epigenetic modification in addition to m6A modification, mainly found in mRNA capsids, mRNA interiors, transfer RNA (tRNA), pri-miRNA, and ribosomal RNA (rRNA). It has been found that m7G

DEVELOPMENT OF A SOFTWARE CONTROLLER FOR THE AUTOMATED CREATION AND MANAGEMENT OF VIRTUAL RESOURCES FOR RUNNERS

open access: yesЕлектроніка та інформаційні технології
The work developed a functional model (prototype) of the controller for the automated creation and management of runners’ virtual computing resources. The analysis of potential technologies for its implementation determined the choice of a combination of

Degrading GPX4 via Biomimetic Nanoparticle‐Mediated In Situ Synthesis of Deep‐Learning‐Designed Binder‐Degron Chimeras for Prostate Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A deep‐learning‐designed binder is fused to a combinatorial degron to create a binder‐degron chimera (bdC) that recruits the CUL2‐RING ubiquitin ligase complex. Encapsulation in a prostate‐cancer‐targeted, CD47‐camouflaged nanocarrier enables tumor‐specific in situ bdC expression, triggering GPX4 degradation and ferroptosis, thereby establishing a ...

Identification of castration-dependent and -independent driver genes and pathways in castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC)

open access: yesBMC Urology, 2022
Background Prostate cancer (PCa) is one of the most diagnosed cancers in the world. PCa inevitably progresses to castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) after androgen deprivation therapy treatment, and castration-resistant state means a shorter ...
