Prolonged Cell Encapsulation and Gravity‐independent Filamented Light Biofabrication of Muscle Constructs

A gravity‐independent filamented light (G‐FLight) projection method is presented for rapid biofabrication of anisotropic tissues, demonstrated with muscle constructs as a target application. Specialized photocrosslinkable resins enable refrigeration or cryopreservation with encapsulated cells.

Tau amyloid corona‐shelled nanoparticles (TACONs) were synthesized by incubating gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with tau monomers that had been pre‐reacted with heparin.
