TMSC‐SCs were mixed with fibrin adhesive and administered into the sciatic nerve of CCI rats, and nerve conduction studies and histopathological observations confirmed the regeneration of the peripheral nerve and gastrocnemius muscle. In addition, the expression of M1 and M2 macrophage markers was observed after the administration of TMSC‐SCs. ABSTRACT

Herein, we developed a technique for antibody screening by immunizing alpacas with antigens and observing antibody sequence transitions over time, a method we named Tracking the Evolution of Antibodies over time.

Characterisation of Haemolytic Uropathogenic Escherichia coli Isolated From Dogs and Cats

The present study characterises 51 canine and feline haemolytic E. coli isolates from urinary tract infections by a polyphasic approach, including susceptibility testing, CH‐clonotyping, and DNA microarrays. The majority of isolates belonged to phylogenetic group B2 and were classified as extraintestinal pathogenic E.
