Electrophoretic analysis of virus particles of fourteen cucumovirus isolates.
Purified particles of fourteen cucumovirus isolates were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Five isolates of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), five of soybean stunt virus (SSV), three of peanut stunt virus (PSV) and one of chrysanthemum mild mottle virus (CMMV) were used. Each isolate gave only one main peak.
