Система CuInSe2-FeSe-In2Se3

open access: yesМеждународный журнал прикладных и фундаментальных исследований, 2014
Phase equilibria in the CuInSe2-FeSe-In2Se3 system was studied by methods of differential thermal, X-ray diffraction, microstructural analysis and measurement of microhardness. The projection of liquidus of the ternary system and its isothermal section at 300 K.

Photon radiation effects on CdS/CuInSe2 thin film solar cells [PDF]

open access: yes
The unknown tolerance of CuInSe2 cells to proton irradiation, was tested. It was shown that CdS/CuInSe2 solar cells have an inherent tolerance to irradiation by 1 MeV electrons up to at least 2 x 10 to the 16th power electrons/sq cm.

Influence of the Annealing Temperature on optical Properties of (CuInSe2) Thin Films

open access: yesIbn Al-Haitham Journal for Pure and Applied Sciences, 2017
The Influence of annealing temperature on the optical properties of (CuInSe2) thin films was studied. Thermal evaporation in vacuum technique has been used for films deposited on glass substrates, these films were annealed in vacuum at (100C°, 200C°)
