Current genetic diagnostics in inborn errors of immunity
New technologies in genetic diagnostics have revolutionized the understanding and management of rare diseases. This review highlights the significant advances and latest developments in genetic diagnostics in inborn errors of immunity (IEI), which encompass a diverse group of disorders characterized by defects in the immune system, leading to increased

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Under the influence of DC bias, the iron core of the current transformer is prone to saturation, causing the ratio error to shift towards negative direction and the phase error to shift towards positive direction, resulting in measurement inaccuracy ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Error recovery for YACC parsers [PDF]
The aim to improve error recovery in parsers generated by the LALR parser-generator Yacc. We describe an error recovery scheme which a new version of Yacc automatically builds into its parsers. The scheme uses state information to attempt to repair input

A priori error analysis of two force-based atomistic/continuum models of a periodic chain [PDF]
The force-based quasicontinuum (QCF) approximation is a non-conservative atomistic/continuum hybrid model for the simulation of defects in crystals. We present an a priori error analysis of the QCF method, applied to a one-dimensional periodic chain ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
