A Curvature Compensated Bandgap Circuit Exploiting Temperature Dependence of β
2019 IEEE 62nd International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS), 2019This paper proposes a technique for the curvature compensation in Bandgap references to obtain a better Temperature Coefficient (TC). The proposed method is based on the fact that the Bipolar junction transistors used in Bandgap references have finite Beta which is temperature dependent.

Bandgap reference with curvature corrected compensation using subthreshold MOSFETs
2009 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2009A bandgap reference with curvature corrected compensation which utilizes the subtraction of currents generated from complementary NMOS and PMOS bandgaps using MOS transistors in subthreshold is presented. A transimpedance amplifier with accurate input current compensation is used to overcome the problems due to input common range limitations of ...

An improved voltage bandgap reference with high-order curvature compensation
2015 IEEE 11th International Conference on ASIC (ASICON), 2015This paper presents an improved bandgap reference (BGR) with high-order curvature compensation. By adding a second-level operational tranconductance amplifier (OTA) with feedback, fully improve the correctness of hypothesises in paper [3]. In addition, the output voltage reference can be further compensated than the conventional high-order BGR from ...
