Abstract Rapidly accelerated fibrosarcoma type B/B‐Raf proto‐oncogene, serine/threonine kinase (BRAF) and mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MEK) inhibitors have transformed outcomes in cancer therapy, particularly in melanoma.
