Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

A data driven approach to the absolute stabilization and its extension to non Euclidean norms
openL'argomento considerato nella tesi è un'estensione data-driven alla soluzione del problema di stabilizzazione assoluta per un sistema Lur'e. L'approccio basato data-driven verrà esaminato in dettaglio insieme alla derivazione della disequazione ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Data-driven Stabilization of Nitsche's Method
The weak imposition of essential boundary conditions is an integral aspect of unfitted finite element methods, where the physical boundary does not in general coincide with the computational domain. In this regard, the symmetric Nitsche's method is a powerful technique that preserves the symmetry and variational consistency of the unmodified weak ...

A data-driven compression method for transient rendering [PDF]
Monte Carlo methods for transient rendering have become a powerful instrument to generate reliable data in transient imaging applications, either for benchmarking, analysis, or as a source for data-driven approaches. However, due to the increased dimensionality of time-resolved renders, storage and data bandwidth are significant limiting constraints ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Data Driven Data Mining to Domain Driven Data Mining [PDF]
In the preceding decade data mining has came into sight as one of the largely energetic areas in information technology Traditional data mining is seriously dependent on data itself and relies on data oriented methodologies So there is a universal ...
