A Nanoparticle‐Integrated Complete Manufacturing Pipeline of Chemically Engineered Exosomes
We report a novel manufacture technology of chemically engineered exosomes. The four steps of manufacturing, i.e., biogenesis, loading, isolation, and storage, are integrated by the use of a nanoparticle. The manufacture technology incorporates three innovative components, i.e., a new nano‐bio effect, a new composite nanoparticle, and a new isolation ...

A Survey of Protein Structures from Archaeal Viruses
Viruses that infect the third domain of life, Archaea, are a newly emerging field of interest. To date, all characterized archaeal viruses infect archaea that thrive in extreme conditions, such as halophilic, hyperthermophilic, and methanogenic ...

Variability of DNA structure and protein-nucleic acid reconginition
Revealing molecular mechanisms of sequence-specific recognition of DNA by proteins is one of the key tasks of biology. The current review presents the results of statistical analysis of the structural databases obtained by different scientific groups ...

We identify a Lepidoptera‐conserved testis‐specific arylalkylamine N‐acetyltransferase (LTNAT) that governs male moth fertility via a novel mechanism. LTNAT loss disrupts eupyrene sperm mitochondrial derivatives and impairs apyrene sperm motility, offering a safe molecular target for innovative pesticides and genetic pest control.

The representation of protein complexes in the Protein Ontology [PDF]
Representing species-specific proteins and protein complexes in ontologies that are both human and machine-readable facilitates the retrieval, analysis, and interpretation of genome-scale data sets.

Thermodynamic database for protein-nucleic acid interactions
Protein-nucleic acid interaction plays an essential role in the regulation of gene expression. Structural and binding information provides insight into the mechanism of protein-nucleic acid recognition. Although there are structural databases for protein-nucleic acid complexes, there exists no database for protein-nucleic acid binding.

This study reveals that maternal antibiotic exposure prior to conception disrupts intergenerational gut microbial succession. By enhancing maternal‐offspring microbial transmission, altering microbial developmental trajectories and increasing selective pressures during community assembly, these disturbances lead to persistent gut mucosal immaturity and

This study shows that BLADE‐ON‐PETIOLE (BOP) proteins regulate floral abscission and senescence in tomato by interacting with TFAM1 to form transcriptional condensates controlling the ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA HOMEOBOX GENE 1 (ATH1)‐mediated abscission pathway.
