This meta‐analysis of 34 randomized controlled trials shows that curcumin/turmeric supplementation significantly improves glycemic control in prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. Key reductions were observed in fasting blood glucose (−10.15 mg/dL), HbA1c (−0.32%), fasting insulin, and HOMA‐IR.

Polyphenol diet and exercise as neuroprotective factors in a Drosophila model of Alzheimer's disease
Moderate exercise and low‐dose ellagic acid supplementation improved motor performance, learning, and longevity in a transgenic Drosophila model of Alzheimer's disease. Both interventions showed hormetic effects—that is, beneficial at low levels, but detrimental at higher intensities or doses.

DMC/CUR antagonize viral hijacking of host nucleic acid resources and finely regulate the induction and effector phases of the type I interferon (IFN‐I) pathway through the CRYAB‐RBM26 axis. This molecular axis serves as a key downstream regulator for DMC/CUR activation of the IFN‐I pathway.
