Effects of pretreatment of target cells with 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine.
(A) PL21 cells or PBMNCs from HLA-A*24:02-positive healthy donor were pretreated with 5-aza-2′-deoxycytidine for 72 hours, then evaluated for their sensitivity to lysis by PEPP2-specific CTLs. (B) Expression of HLA class I, HLA-DR, and PD-L1 was assessed

Aim In the GENESECT study, no significant gemcitabine (GEM) metabolism‐related germline genetic polymorphisms (GPs) were identified because approximately 70% of patients received combination therapy with nab‐paclitaxel, which has metabolic pathways different from GEM.

A Modular Nucleoside Kinase Cascade for the Synthesis of Ribonucleoside Triphosphates
Damm et al. report standardized enzymatic cascades for production of all canonical nucleoside triphosphates from the corresponding nucleosides, using kinase‐catalyzed phosphorylation from acetyl phosphate. Reactions afforded ∼ 100 mM product in near‐quantitative conversion.

Shared differential metabolites identified across the three sample groups. (A) Venn diagram of differential metabolites between the two comparison groups; Based on the detected levels of these overlapping differential metabolites, (B) d‐Arabitol, (C) Triclosan, (D) Iloprost, (E) Tetracosanoic acid, and (F) Omeprazole sulfone. Box plots were constructed
