Comparative Efficacy and Safety of Extended Versus Standard Interval Dosing of Natalizumab in Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis Patients: A Multicenter Analysis. [PDF]
This study compares Extended Interval Dosing (EID) and Standard Interval Dosing (SID) of Natalizumab in RRMS patients. The findings demonstrate comparable clinical and radiological efficacy, similar adherence rates, and no reported PML cases in both groups, supporting EID as a flexible and safe alternative for long‐term treatment.
