Polarization of Tumor Cells and Tumor‐Associated Macrophages: Molecular Mechanisms and Therapeutic Targets

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 6, Issue 9, September 2025.
Bidirectional metabolic interactions between tumor cells and TAMs in the TME metabolic reprogramming facilitates reciprocal crosstalk between TAMs and tumor cells within the immunosuppressive TME. This interaction promotes both the pro‐tumor functions of TAMs and tumor mesenchymal transition through complex molecular signaling.

Dissecting the genomic regions, candidate genes and pathways using multi‐locus genome‐wide association study for stem rot disease resistance in groundnut

open access: yesThe Plant Genome, Volume 18, Issue 3, September 2025.
Abstract Stem rot, caused by Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc., is a devastating soil‐borne disease causing up to 80% yield losses in groundnut globally. To dissect the genetic basis of resistance, we evaluated a diverse minicore germplasm panel over 3 years in stem rot sick‐field conditions.

Anti‐Obesity Effects of Peucedanum Japonicum Thunb Root Extract With Induction of Hepatic Cyp2b10 Gene Expression in Mice

open access: yesJournal of Food Science, Volume 90, Issue 9, September 2025.
ABSTRACT Although Peucedanum japonicum Thunb (PJT) has been used in traditional medicine, PJT root is considered to be agricultural waste, and its benefits have not been explored to date. This study examined the effect of PJT root extract in C57BL/6J mice fed a high‐fat diet (HFD) for 10 weeks and determined the underlying molecular mechanisms based on
