Conformational features of fluorinated mono- and diacylhydrazines

open access: closedJournal of Fluorine Chemistry, 1982
Abstract The structure and conformational features of NMe, NiPr, NPh-perfluoroacyl- and bis(perfluoroacyl)hydrazines prepared by the scheme have been studied by 1 H, 13 C, 19 F NMR spectroscopy. The data obtained have been compared with the results for nonfluorinated analogs and 1,2-diacyldimethylhydrazines (III).

Asymmetric 1,2-diacylhydrazines as reagents for ionic flotation

Russian Journal of Non-Ferrous Metals, 2010
The physicochemical properties (solubility, acidic-basic equilibria, stability to hydrolysis and oxidation, and kinetics of foam formation) of asymmetric 1,2-diacylhydrazines with the general formula C6H5C(O)NHNHC(O)R1 (where R1 = CH3, C2H5, and C3H7) and CH3C(O)NHNHC(O)R2 (where R2 = C7H15, C9H19, and C10H21), which are necessary to their evaluation ...

Z,E-isomerism of fluorinated mono- and diacylhydrazines

Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Division of Chemical Science, 1979
It was established by the1H and19F NMR method that the insertion of fluorine atoms in the acyl radical of mono- and diacylmethylhydrazines has a substantial effect on the population of the rotamers, without noticeably changing the activation energy of the E-Z isomerization.

Synergism of diacylhydrazine insecticides with metyrapone and diethylmaleate

open access: closedJournal of Applied Entomology, 2004
Abstract:  The two metabolic synergists, metyrapone (2‐methyl 1,2‐di‐3‐pyridyl‐1‐propanone) and diethylmaleate could increase the toxicity of the three most recent diacylhydrazines, representing a novel group of insect growth regulators (IGRs). These components are known as respective inhibitors of oxidative and glutathione S‐transferase enzymes ...

19F NMR study of fluorinated mono- and diacylhydrazines

Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR Division of Chemical Science, 1980
It has been demonstrated by means of19F NMR that l-acyl-2-alkyl (phenyl) hydrazines are the main products of the monoacylation of alkyl- and phenylhydrazine with derivatives of perfluorocarboxylic acids. The preferred conformations with respect to the amide bond have been determined in mono- and di (perfluoroacyl) hydrazines.

Radikalreaktionen an N‐Heterocyclen, X. Radikalreaktionen cyclischer 1,2‐Diacylhydrazine

open access: closedChemische Berichte, 1992
Free Radical Reactions of N‐Heterocyclic Compounds, X[1]. – Radical Reactions of Cyclic 1,2‐DiacylhydrazinesCyclic 1,2‐diacylhydrazyls 3 have been detected by ESR spectroscopy during oxidation of the corresponding NH compounds 2. The N coupling constants are determined and confirmed by simulation and by 15N labeling.
