Synthesis of Myrtenal-Based Nanocellulose/Diacylhydrazine Complexes with Antifungal Activity for Plant Protection

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2021
In search of novel bioactive compounds with excellent and broad-spectrum antifungal activity and nanopesticides with sustained releasing property, a series of novel myrtenal-based diacylhydrazines were designed, synthesized, and characterized. The preliminary bioassay showed that myrtenal-based 2-picolinyl hydrazide exhibited better or comparable ...

Physicochemical Properties of 1,2-Diacylhydrazines Derived from Aliphatic Carboxylic Acids

Russian Journal of General Chemistry, 2002
The solubility and resistance to oxidation and hydrolysis of 1,2-diacylhydrazines derived from acetic, propionic, butyric, and valeric acids were studied in view of possible application of these compounds for concentrating nonferrous metals. The pK1 and pK2 values of the 1,2-diacylhydrazines were determined. The stability of conformers and the electron

Design, Synthesis, and Insecticidal Activity of Novel Isoxazoline Diacylhydrazine Compounds as GABA Receptor Inhibitors

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2023
A series of isoxazoline derivatives containing diacylhydrazine moieties were designed and synthesized as potential insecticides. Most of these derivatives exhibited good insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella, and some compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activities against Spodoptera frugiperda.

Anionic 3,4-diaza[3,3]sigmatropic rearrangements of N,N′-diacylhydrazines

Tetrahedron Letters, 1991
Abstract N,N′-Diacylhydrazines rearrange under basic conditions to afford 1,2-disubstituted succinamides. The rearrangement can be rationalized in terms of [3,3]sigmatropic shifts of biscarboxamide enolates.

Synthesis of Diacylhydrazine Derivatives Based on Tetrazole-Focused DNA-Encoded Library

Organic Letters
Utilizing already existing DNA-encoded libraries (DELs) for the generation of a distinct DEL represents an expedited strategy for expanding the chemical space. Herein, we leverage the unique photoreactivity of tetrazoles to synthesize diacylhydrazines on DNA.
