Improved AMBER∗ torsional parameters for the N–N rotational barrier in diacylhydrazines

Journal of Molecular Graphics and Modelling, 1999
The structure and rotational barrier for substituted diacylhydrazines are of significant interest given the role this functionality plays in peptidomimetics and ecdysone agonists, the latter of which have application as extremely selective insecticides.

Synthesis and Insecticidal Activities and SAR Studies of Novel Benzoheterocyclic Diacylhydrazine Derivatives

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2009
Two series of novel N'-tert-butyl-N'-substituted benzoyl-N-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-5-carbohydrazide derivatives were synthesized, their activities and different insecticidal action modes for different Lepidopteral larvicidal assays were evaluated carefully.

Complexes of Some New Diacylhydrazines: Synthesis, Magnetic and Spectral Studies

Synthesis and Reactivity in Inorganic and Metal-Organic Chemistry, 1995
Abstract The new N, O donor ligands N-acetyl-N-furoyl (H2afh) and N-acetyl-N-thenoylhydrazines (H2ath) have been synthesized and characterized by melting point, analytical data and IR spectral studies. The complexes of the types M(L)2Cl2 [M = Mn(II), Ni(II), Zn(II); L = H2afh; M =Mn(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II), L = H2ath, M(L-H)Cl(H2O)2, [M = Co(II)

Synthesis from Undecylenic Acid of Macroheterocycles with Diacylhydrazine and Ester Fragments

Chemistry of Natural Compounds, 2019
A three-step synthesis of potentially biologically active 30- and 32-membered macroheterocycles with esters and acylhydrazines starting from methyl undecylenate was developed based on [1+1]-condensation of intermediate tetraesters, i.e., bis(10′ -methoxy-10′-oxodecyl)- or bis(11′-methoxy-11′ -oxoundecyl)hexanedioate, with hydrazine hydrate.

ChemInform Abstract: Reaction of Hexamethyldisilazane with Diacylhydrazines: An Easy 1,3,4‐ Oxadiazole Synthesis.

ChemInform, 1987
AbstractThe 1,3,4‐oxadiazoles (IV) are prepared in a one‐pot synthesis by reaction of the diacylhydrazones (I) with hexamethyldisilazane (II) and subsequent cyclizing desilylation of the intermediate (III).

Secosteroid diacylhydrazines as novel effective agents against hormone-dependent breast cancer cells

The Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
This research aimed to develop novel selective secosteroids that are highly active against hormone-dependent breast cancer. A simple and convenient approach to N'-acylated 13,17-secoestra-1,3,5(10)-trien-17-oic acid hydrazides was disclosed and these novel types of secosteroids were screened for cytotoxicity against the hormone-dependent human breast ...
