ABSTRACT Background PIK3CA‐related overgrowth spectrum (PROS) includes several rare overgrowth disorders resulting from somatic gain‐of‐function mutations in PIK3CA. Despite treatment advances, including the recent approval of alpelisib for PROS in the United States, literature detailing the patient experience with PROS is limited.

Delay-dependent stability conditions for fundamental characteristic functions [PDF]
summary:This paper is devoted to the investigation on the stability for two characteristic functions $f_1(z) = z^2+pe^{-z\tau }+q$ and $f_2(z) = z^2+pz e^{-z\tau }+q$, where $p$ and $q$ are real numbers and $\tau >0$.

ABSTRACT Background 131I‐metaiodobenzylguanidine (131I‐MIBG) radiotherapy is a key treatment for relapsed and refractory (R/R) neuroblastoma (NB). Patients with R/R disease treated in the modern era are increasingly exposed to anti‐GD2 immunotherapy, which exerts selective pressure and may modify both tumor cell state and microenvironment.

Novel Approach to Analyze All-Round Kinematic Stability During Curving Steps
From the viewpoint of the stability of biped walking, the stability for both anteroposterior, lateral, and diagonal directions should be considered owing to the frequent occurrence of turning and curving motions in the daily environment. In this study, a

A Bibliometric Analysis of Publications in Uremic Toxins From 1991 to 2024
ABSTRACT Background Uremic toxins are a growing area of research in nephrology, with significant implications in the progression and treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the management of end‐stage kidney disease (ESKD). This bibliometric analysis aims to evaluate the global research trends, key contributors, and the impact of publications in ...

A characterization of Lyapunov diagonal stability using hadamard products
Several new characterizations of Lyapunov diagonal stability are presented. One of the characterizations is used to derive a simple necessary and sufficient condition for Lyapunov diagonal stability of a 3 × 3 ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.
