Effects of Initial Stance of Quadruped Trotting on Walking Stability
It is very important for quadruped walking machine to keep its stability in high speed walking. It has been indicated that moment around the supporting diagonal line of quadruped in trotting gait largely influences walking stability.

RESEARCH ON TRAJECTORY PLANNING OF QUADRUPED ROBOT BASED ON BEZIER CURVE (MT)
In order to improve the stability of diagonal trot gait for quadruped robot, a foot end trajectory planning method based on Bezier curve is proposed. Aiming at the diagonal trot gait of quadruped robot, the kinematics model of parallel legs of quadruped ...

Diagonal stabilization of linear multivariable systems
A new procedure is presented for the synthesis of diagonal compensators for N × N linear multivariable systems that are free of fixed modes with respect to constant diagonal output feedbacks. The synthesis procedure employs simple polynomial algebra and it is in the form of an N-step algorithm.

Stability of matrices with sufficiently strong negative-dominant-diagonal submatrices
A well-known sufficient condition for stability of a system of linear first-order differential equations is that the matrix of the homogeneous dynamics has a negative dominant diagonal. However, this condition cannot be applied to systems of second-order

ON THE RICCATI-TYPE DIAGONAL STABILITY
In this dissertation, we investigate the Riccati diagonal stability and explore some extensions of this notion. Riccati diagonal stability plays an important role in the stability analysis of linear time-delay systems.
