A Differential Game with a Blind Player [PDF]
We consider a zero sum differential game with lack of observation on one side. The initial state of the system is drawn at random according to some probability $μ_0$ on $\R^N$. Player-I is informed of the initial position of state while player-II knows only $μ_0$.

An epithelial GPR35 isoform supports tumor‐associated transcriptional and metabolic phenotypes
GPR35 generates two functionally distinct isoforms with previously unresolved roles. GPR35‐short mediates immune‐cell chemotaxis, while GPR35‐long is enriched in colorectal cancer epithelium, where it supports increased metabolism, proliferation, and tumor‐associated transcriptional programs.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Spacecraft pursuit–evasion in contested environments is complicated by strategic incompleteness: the evader can switch maneuvering modes and deploy multi-domain countermeasures that degrade the pursuer’s perception, leading to non-stationary information ...

Pedestrian motion modelled by Fokker–Planck Nash games [PDF]
A new approach to modelling pedestrians' avoidance dynamics based on a Fokker–Planck (FP) Nash game framework is presented. In this framework, two interacting pedestrians are considered, whose motion variability is modelled through the corresponding ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Payoff Distribution in a Multi-Company Extraction Game with Uncertain Duration
A nonrenewable resource extraction game model is analyzed in a differential game theory framework with random duration. If the cumulative distribution function (c.d.f.) of the final time is discontinuous, the related subgames are differentiated based on ...
