An example of multiple mean field limits in ergodic differential games [PDF]

open access: yesNonlinear Differential Equations and Applications NoDEA, 2019
We present an example of symmetric ergodic N-players differential games, played in memory strategies on the position of the players, for which the limit set, as N→+∞\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage ...

Approximate public-signal correlated equilibria for nonzero-sum differential games [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
We construct an approximate public-signal correlated equilibrium for a nonzero-sum differential game in the class of stochastic strategies with memory.

Molecular characterisation of human penile carcinoma and generation of paired epithelial primary cell lines

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Generation of two normal and tumour (cancerous) paired human cell lines using an established tissue culture technique and their characterisation is described. Cell lines were characterised at cellular, protein, chromosome and gene expression levels and for HPV status.

Differential game theory application in models of trade relations of Great Britain with Portugal and Russia with Belarus

open access: yesУправление, 2018
The article includes the analysis of the current state of differential games theory based on the maximum principle of academician L. S. Pontryagin. The optimal solution of conflict, but not (strictly) analytical games and the question of the uniqueness ...

Some Results on the Control of Polluting Firms According to Dynamic Nash and Stackelberg Patterns

open access: yesEconomies, 2021
In this paper we model the conflict between the group of polluting firms in a country and any social planner in the same country who attempts to control the volume of emissions generated during the production process.

Developing evidence‐based, cost‐effective P4 cancer medicine for driving innovation in prevention, therapeutics, patient care and reducing healthcare inequalities

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The cancer problem is increasing globally with projections up to the year 2050 showing unfavourable outcomes in terms of incidence and cancer‐related deaths. The main challenges are prevention, improved therapeutics resulting in increased cure rates and enhanced health‐related quality of life.

Risk-Sensitive Zero-Sum Differential Games

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 2019
We consider two-player risk-sensitive zero-sum differential games (RSZSDGs). In our problem setup, both the drift term and the diffusion term in the controlled stochastic differential equation are dependent on the state and controls of both players, and ...

PARP inhibition and pharmacological ascorbate demonstrate synergy in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
