Demonstration of a tunable non-Hermitian nonlinear microwave dimer [PDF]

open access: yesNature Communications
Achieving and controlling non-reciprocity in engineered photonic structures is of fundamental interest in science and engineering. Here, we introduce a tunable, non-Hermitian, nonlinear microwave dimer designed to precisely implement phase-non-reciprocal

A 6-bit active digital phase shifter

open access: yesIEICE Electronics Express, 2011
This paper presents the design of a 6-bit active digital phase shifter in 0.18-µm CMOS technology. The active phase shifter synthesizes the required phase using a phase interpolation process by adding quadrature phased input signals. It uses a new quadrature all-pass filter for quadrature signaling with a wide bandwidth and low phase error.

A precise digital phase shifter using a phase-locked loop

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 1978
A phase-locked loop containing a voltage-controlled oscillator (v.c.o.) synchronised to a harmonic of its fundamental output frequency may be used to form an attractive digital phase shifter providing low phase error with relatively simple circuitry and control requirements.

High-Resolution Wideband Vector-Sum Digital Phase Shifter With On-Chip Phase Linearity Enhancement Technology

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems Part 1: Regular Papers, 2021
In this paper, a wideband vector-sum phase shifter with phase linearity enhancement technology is proposed to minimize phase error. The digital phase shifter synthesizes the output phases by modulating and summing four quadrature signals. A common-source

Low Loss Multi-Channel Communication Combiner for Cellular Applications

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2023
The increasing demand for cellular communication channels calls for multichannel solutions. Using one antenna for each channel results in a high density of antennas at the compact cellular station front, which generates inter-channel interference.
