Color Digital Holography Based on Generalized Phase-Shifting Algorithm with Monitoring Phase-Shift

open access: yesPhotonics, 2021
Color digital holography (DH) has been researched in various fields such as the holographic camera and holographic microscope because it acquires a realistic color object wave by measuring both amplitude and phase.

Hybrid Combining Based on Selective Activation of Double Constant Phase Shifters

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
In this paper, we propose a new uplink hybrid beamforming architecture for multi-user multiple-input–multiple-output (MU-MIMO) millimeter-wave (mmWave) systems. The proposed architecture employs constant phase shifters (CPSs) to control the phases

A Planar 4-Bit Reconfigurable Antenna Array Based on the Design Philosophy of Information Metasurfaces

open access: yesEngineering, 2022
Inspired by the design philosophy of information metasurfaces based on the digital coding concept, a planar 4-bit reconfigurable antenna array with low profile of 0.15λ0 (where λ0 is the free-space wavelength) is presented.

A 6-bit active digital phase shifter

open access: yesIEICE Electronics Express, 2011
This paper presents the design of a 6-bit active digital phase shifter in 0.18-µm CMOS technology. The active phase shifter synthesizes the required phase using a phase interpolation process by adding quadrature phased input signals. It uses a new quadrature all-pass filter for quadrature signaling with a wide bandwidth and low phase error.

A Full X-Band Phased-Array Transmit/Receive Module Chip in 65-nm CMOS Technology

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In this paper, we present a phased-array transceiver chip operating in full X-band (8-12 GHz) in 65-nm CMOS technology. The presented transceiver for the transmit/receive module (TRM) consists of a 6-bit passive phase shifter, a 6-bit attenuator, a bi ...

An X-band Bi-Directional Transmit/Receive Module for a Phased Array System in 65-nm CMOS

open access: yesSensors, 2018
We present an X-band bi-directional transmit/receive module (TRM) for a phased array system utilized in radar-based sensor systems. The proposed module, comprising a 6-bit phase shifter, a 6-bit digital step attenuator, and bi-directional gain amplifiers,

120‐GHz 2‐bit reflection‐type phase shifter based on PIN diodes switched‐lines

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 2023
In this paper, a 2‐bit digital reflection‐type phase shifter (RTPS) working at 120 GHz is presented. It uses a compact coupled‐lines coupler with low insertion loss and high isolation over a wide bandwidth.

A digital phase shifter with 7.5° resolution

open access: yesJournal of Magnetic Resonance (1969), 1989
Abstract A high-resolution, digital, radiofrequency phase shifter which provides phase resolution of 7.5° in 48 steps under computer control is described. This phase shifter is constructed as an addition to an existing NMR instrument and is operated in parallel with the standard 90° resolution phase shifter. The addition requires no external signals,
