Proposing a Modified Switchable Schiffman Structure to Implement a Wideband and Low-Loss 4-bit Digital Phase Shifter

This paper proposes a modified Schiffman structure to implement a wideband, low-loss 4-bit digital phase shifter. Here, low-cost positive intrinsic negative (PIN) diodes are used for electronically controlling the phase states of the phase shifter.
