Neutralization of the PTX3/CD44 axis suppresses TGF‐β1 signaling in kidney fibrosis
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.This study investigates how the PTX3/CD44 axis promotes kidney fibrosis by activating TGF‐β1 signaling. We demonstrate that the neutralizing antibody WHC‐001 effectively inhibits this pathway, suppressing myofibroblast activation and partial epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT).

Packing and Covering a Given Directed Graph in a Directed Graph
SIAM Journal on Discrete MathematicsFor every fixed $k \ge 4$, it is proved that if an $n$-vertex directed graph has at most $t$ pairwise arc-disjoint directed $k$-cycles, then there exists a set of at most $\frac{2}{3}kt+ o(n^2)$ arcs that meets all directed $k$-cycles and that the set of $k$-cycles admits a fractional cover of value at most $\frac{2}{3}kt$.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.
