We report herein a 57-year-old man who presented with recurrent cerebral infarctions in one year. His father had multiple stroke episodes starting in his late 50s. Brain MRI FLAIR showed diffuse hyperintensities in the deep white matter, suggesting cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD).
