Dynamic‐covalent electrophiles called cascade exchangers (CAXs) can reversibly engage cell‐surface thiols. Conjugates between CAXs and molecular or even protein‐sized cargos can deliver these cargos into cells by thiol‐mediated uptake (TMU); free CAXs ...

Five Hypotheses on the Origins of Temperature Dependence of 77Se NMR Shifts in Diselenides. [PDF]
Notable thermal shifts in diselenides have been documented in 77Se NMR for more than 50 years, but no satisfactory explanation has been found. Here, five hypotheses are considered as possible explanations for the large temperature dependence of the 77Se ...

Dual‐Targeted Biomimetic MoSe2 Nanozymes for Enhancing Peri‐Implant Soft Tissue Integration
A dual‐targeting biomimetic nanozyme, MoSe2@SPMM, selectively targets Staphylococcus aureus and oxidatively stressed macrophages. Near‐infrared activation couples contact‐enhanced photothermal bacterial eradication with reactive oxygen species scavenging to disrupt the pathogenic–immunological amplification loop.

Drift Reduction in 2D PtSe2 Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors Through an On‐Chip Wheatstone Bridge
Drift is a major source of error affecting the accuracy and repeatability of sensors. A Wheatstone bridge (WSB) enables high sensitivity, accuracy, and the elimination of common‐mode drift. We apply the WSB concept to highly sensitive piezoresistive pressure sensors made with two‐dimensional layered platinum diselenide transducers.

Electrochemical use of chiral non-racemic diselenides [PDF]
An electrochemical approach has previously been described for the selenenylation-deselenenylation of alkenes using diphenyl diselenide. The use of electrochemistry enabled diphenyl diselenide to be used in catalytic amounts to convert alkenes into ...
