Rheology of Titania Based Ceramic Nanodispersions Stabilized by Cationic Comb Copolymers
Rheological studies of the ceramic based concentrated titania nanoparticle dispersions showed a clear correlation between molecular structure of the cationic polymers used as dispersants and the viscosity of the slurries.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

In the $k$-dispersion problem, we need to select $k$ nodes of a given graph so as to maximize the minimum distance between any two chosen nodes. This can be seen as a generalization of the independent set problem, where the goal is to select nodes so that the minimum distance is larger than 1.

Dispersions of Metal Oxides in the Presence of Anionic Surfactants
We studied the behavior of dilute dispersions of nanoparticles of hematite, alumina, and titania in the presence of various concentrations of very pure sodium dodecyl-, tetradecyl-, and hexadecylsulfate.

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.

Aqueous Poly(arylacetylene) Dispersions
Aqueous poly(phenylacetylene) dispersions were obtained by catalytic polymerization in emulsion with a phosphine-modified Pd(II) catalyst. A range of mono- and bidentate phosphines were screened.

Distribution of nanosilica dispersions in Lecce stone [PDF]
The aim of the present work is to study the application of four water-based nanosilica dispersions on carbonate rocks in terms of penetration depth, particle dimensions, physical-chemical characteristics of dispersions and stone pore radius distribution.

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...
