Plasmoid drift and first wall heat deposition during ITER H-mode dual-SPIs in JOREK simulations
The heat flux mitigation during the thermal quench (TQ) by the shattered pellet injection (SPI) is one of the major elements of disruption mitigation strategy for ITER.

Assessing Supply Chain Resilience to Mitigate Disruption: The Focus on Cross-Border Suppliers
Background: Cross-border suppliers have always been points of disruption, further impacting international trade, businesses, and societies along the chain. Understanding the current resilience capabilities of cross-border suppliers is a stepping-stone to

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Interpretative 3D MHD modelling of deuterium SPI into a JET H-mode plasma
The pre-thermal quench (pre-TQ) dynamics of a pure deuterium ( $\mathrm{D}_2$ ) shattered pellet injection (SPI) into a $3\,\mathrm{MA}$ / $7\,\mathrm{MJ}$ JET H-mode plasma is studied via 3D non-linear MHD modelling with the JOREK code.
