Novel robust disturbance observer
ISA Transactions, 2020In this paper, a predictive disturbance observer (DOB) design is presented. The proposed DOB does not require a direct model of the process without the transport delay for prediction purposes. The primary advantage of the proposed DOB design is its simplicity due to usage of the prediction block (PB), which approximates the ideal anticipation object ...

Disturbance observers for constant disturbances
2019 16th International Conference on Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ECTI-CON), 2019The parameterization of linear disturbance observers for constant disturbances has been studied in this paper. By using the states and inputs of the system as variables, the parameterization under constant disturbances was obtained in frequency domain, the validity of the disturbance observer was proofed by simulation.

Robust Distributed Cruise Control of Multiple High-Speed Trains Based on Disturbance Observer
IEEE transactions on intelligent transportation systems (Print), 2021This paper investigates the robust distributed cruise control problem of multiple high-speed trains under external disturbances. First, by modeling each train as a cascade of point masses connected by spring-like couplers, the longitudinal interaction ...

Adaptive Disturbance Observer-Based Fixed-Time Tracking Control for Uncertain Robotic Systems
IEEE transactions on industrial electronics (1982. Print)This article proposes a novel adaptive disturbance observer-based fixed-time backstepping control algorithm for uncertain robotic systems. First, an adaptive sliding mode disturbance observer (ASMDO) is designed to compensate for the lumped disturbances ...
