Exploration, EarlyView.Inspired by the germination of probiotic spores, we utilize the excellent characteristics of spores to break through multiple barriers of oral brain‐targeted delivery. Besides the probiotics mediated gut‐brain communication, the spore coat proteins derived nanosystems with multiple‐barriers‐crossing ability alleviate neurodegeneration.
