On Cyclic DNA Codes

This paper considers cyclic DNA codes of arbitrary length over the ring $R=\F_2[u]/u^4-1$. A mapping is given between the elements of $R$ and the alphabet $\{A,C,G,T\}$ which allows the additive stem distance to be extended to this ring. Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
