Circulating tumour cells for guiding antibody‒drug conjugate therapy: Role of artificial intelligence

open access: yesClinical and Translational Medicine, Volume 16, Issue 9, September 2026.
This schematic demonstrates how tissue and liquid biopsies facilitate ADC target selection. (A) Demonstrating the tumour microenvironment and the systemic dissemination of CTCs. The primary tumour, nesting a complex microenvironment of immune and stromal cells, shed tumour cells into the bloodstream, facilitating haematogenous spread.

Quantifying Heteromer Partitioning Reveals Inflammation‐Dependent Redistribution of Microglial Adenosine A2A and Cannabinoid CB2 Receptors

open access: yesGlia, Volume 74, Issue 9, September 2026.
Proinflammatory activation reorganizes microglial A2A and CB2 receptors, promoting their incorporation into stable heteromers and blocking agonist‐induced redistribution. The results reveal those heteromers as potential therapeutic targets in inflammatory contexts.
