PJA2 Suppresses Colorectal Cancer Progression by Controlling HDAC2 Degradation and Stability
PJA2, an E3 ubiquitin‐protein ligase, actively restrains colorectal cancer (CRC) progression. It targets histone deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) for degradation, which in turn activates the interferon‐induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats (IFIT) family, effectively hindering tumor growth and promoting apoptosis.

PoseX: AI Defeats Physics Approaches on Protein-Ligand Cross Docking [PDF]
Recently, significant progress has been made in protein-ligand docking, especially in modern deep learning methods, and some benchmarks were proposed, e.g., PoseBench, Plinder. However, these benchmarks suffer from less practical evaluation setups (e.g., blind docking, self docking), or heavy framework that involves training, raising challenges to ...

Song et al. integrates an evaluating system to characterize malignancy of micropapillary (MP)‐pattern lung adenocarcinoma in vivo or in vitro. They have discovered that intrinsic MYC redundancy expression combined with extrinsic M2‐like macrophage jointly mediate MP‐pattern malignancy.

Blockade of ZMIZ1‐GATA4 Axis Regulation Restores Youthfulness to Aged Cartilage
The blockade of ZMIZ1‐GATA axis can be an effective therapeutic approach for treating OA. Functional inhibition of the ZMIZ1‐GATA axis through K‐7174 has the effect of suppressing cartilage damage and cellular senescence at the chondrocyte and cartilage tissue levels.

FUS Selectively Facilitates circRNAs Packing into Small Extracellular Vesicles within Hypoxia Neuron
This study aimed to unravel the role of FUS in the loading of functional circRNAs into neuronal sEVs under hypoxic conditions, which involves their aggregations in SGs and specific interaction between the FUS Zf_RanBP domain to regulate circRNA sorting in sEVs.

T‐cell immunotherapy eliminates cancer growth by activating T cells, but immunosuppressive factors hinders their effectiveness, resulting in treatment failure. Here, ribonuclease 1 (RNase1) causes T‐cell dysfunction and promotes exhausted T‐cell signatures in cancers.

Sini San ameliorates lipid metabolism in hyperprolactinemia rat with liver-depression
Sini San (SNS) is used to treat liver depression and is applied in both food and herbal medicine. Hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) is a common endocrine disorder, and patients with HPRL are usually associated with depressive symptoms.

Bilirubin Targeting WNK1 to Alleviate NLRP3‐Mediated Neuroinflammation
At physiological concentrations, bilirubin binds to the kinase domain of WNK1, thereby augmenting its activity and facilitating the phosphorylation of downstream SPAK/OSR1. This phosphorylation inhibits KCC2 activity, leading to elevate intracellular chloride levels in neurons.

This study reveals that obesity‐driven metabolic dysfunction enhances YAP O‐GlcNAcylation, facilitating its stabilization by preventing ubiquitylation and degradation via EIF3H, thereby driving TNBC progression and chemoresistance. Retatrutide disrupts this axis by suppressing O‐GlcNAcylation, restoring YAP ubiquitylation, and enhancing degradation ...
