EFFECTS OF LOW-TEMPERATURE TREATMENT ON MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF Sm(Co, Cu, Fe)5 COMPOUNDS
The results on the micro- and nanostructures and on the magnetic domain structure of Sm(Co0,45, Cu0,40, Fe0,15)5 compound are presented. It was shown that the sequential high- and low-temperature heat treatments lead to formation of a homogeneous ...

STAS Domain Structure and Function [PDF]
Pendrin shares with nearly all SLC26/SulP anion transporters a carboxy-terminal cytoplasmic segment organized around a Sulfate Transporter and Anti-Sigma factor antagonist (STAS) domain. STAS domains of divergent amino acid sequence exhibit a conserved fold of 4 β strands interspersed among 5 α helices.

Nucleon structure functions with domain wall fermions
We present a quenched lattice QCD calculation of the first few moments of the polarized and un-polarized structure functions of the nucleon. Our calculations are done using domain wall fermions and the DBW2 gauge action with inverse lattice spacing ~1 ...

Domain Insertions in Protein Structures [PDF]
Domains are the structural, functional or evolutionary units of proteins. Proteins can comprise a single domain or a combination of domains. In multi-domain proteins, the domains almost always occur end-to-end, i.e., one domain follows the C-terminal end of another domain.

ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...
