Ang1/Tie2/VE-Cadherin Signaling Regulates DPSCs in Vascular Maturation
Adding dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) to vascular endothelial cell–formed vessel-like structures can increase the longevity of these vessel networks. DPSCs display pericyte-like cell functions and closely assemble endothelial cells (ECs).

Multilineage differentiation potential of DPSCs and CDPSCs.
Mineralization assay in DPSCs and CDPSCs. Mineralized nodules formed by DPSCs (A) and CDPSCs (B) were detected by alizarin red S staining after 3 weeks of culture in mineralized-induced media. Adipogenic differentiation, visualized by oil red O staining,

Understanding exosomes in regenerative dentistry
Abstract Background Regenerative dentistry is shifting from cell‐based strategies to cell‐free biologics capable of orchestrating intricate tissue repair. Exosomes, nanosized extracellular vesicles carrying bioactive molecular payloads, have emerged as central modulators of intercellular communication.

Abstract Background Extracellular vesicles (EVs), especially exosomes, are nanoparticles increasingly recognized as key regulators of intercellular communication in both physiological and pathological aspects. Despite rapid progress, inconsistencies in nomenclature, isolation, and characterization continue to restrict translational advancement.

ABSTRACT Objectives The prognosis of an avulsed, replanted tooth over the long term hinges on whether the periodontal ligament (PDL) and the dental pulp can be preserved or regenerated. When extra‐oral dry time is prolonged, PDL necrosis follows, and the root becomes prone to inflammatory or replacement (ankylotic) resorption.
