RNF138‐Mediated Ubiquitination and Degradation of NS5 Restricts Tick‐Borne Encephalitis Virus Infection

Host‐specific compatibility between RNF138‐like proteins and flavivirus NS5 determines NS5 stability. Tandem Duplication‐Driven Neofunctionalization of UDP‐Glycosyltransferases Shapes the Diversification of Triterpenoid Saponins in the Cucurbitaceae

We present a chromosome‐level genome assembly of Siraitia grosvenorii and, through comparative genomics, uncover a conserved UGT73 tandem array driving triterpenoid saponin diversification in Cucurbitaceae.
