Reduced Dynamic Modeling for Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Manipulators With Multi-Closed-Loop Mechanisms

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
A reduced dynamic modeling approach is introduced to systematically establish explicit closed-form dynamic equations for the main motion system of a heavy-duty hydraulic manipulator with multi-closed-loop mechanisms.

ON THE SOLUTIONS OF NON-LINEAR TIME-FRACTIONAL GAS DYNAMIC EQUATIONS: AN ANALYTICAL APPROACH

open access: yes, 2015
We consider non-linear homogeneous and non-homogeneous gas dynamic equations of time-fractional type in this paper. The approximate solutions of these equations are calculated in the form of series obtained by q-Homotopy Analysis Method (q-HAM).

DYNAMIC ADJUSTMENT IN DEMAND EQUATIONS [PDF]

open access: yes
The focus of this paper is the dynamic adjustment of demand. It is shown that a dynamic specification of the demand equation provides information on: (i) the level of response to a price or expenditure change taking place instantaneously, (ii) how much ...

Far-from-equilibrium quantum many-body dynamics

open access: yes, 2010
The theory of real-time quantum many-body dynamics as put forward in Ref. [arXiv:0710.4627] is evaluated in detail. The formulation is based on a generating functional of correlation functions where the Keldysh contour is closed at a given time ...

Detection of circulating tumor DNA in colorectal cancer patients using a methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.

Nonlinear triple-point problems on time scales

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2004
We establish the existence of multiple positive solutions to the nonlinear second-order triple-point boundary-value problem on time scales, $$displaylines{ u^{Delta abla}(t)+h(t)f(t,u(t))=0, cr u(a)=alpha u(b)+delta u^Delta(a),quad eta u(c)+gamma u^Delta(

Transcriptional network analysis of PTEN‐protein‐deficient prostate tumors reveals robust stromal reprogramming and signs of senescent paracrine communication

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Dynamic linear response of the SK spin glass coupled microscopically to a bath

open access: yes, 2002
The dynamic linear response theory of a general Ising model weakly coupled to a heat bath is derived employing the quantum statistical theory of Mori, treating the Hamiltonian of the spin bath coupling as a perturbation, and applying the Markovian ...
