CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Parameter sensitivity study of dynamic response for jack-ups by FEM analysis
Jack-up platforms will generally behave as highly dynamic systems because of the structure flexibility. The environmental forces acting on these jack-ups will therefore induce significant dynamic response.

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

Dynamic Response Analysis of Solar Array of a Satellite
The dynamic response analysis to simulate the complicated working condition can ensure the high reliability of space products' design. In this paper, we focus on the solar array of a satellite, and gain equivalent mechanical parameters of its ...

Safe dynamic design of structures. [PDF]
The Design of structures under dynamic loading is a demanding subject in safety of engineering design since conventional static failure criteria are unable to deal with structures under transient loading.

Dynamic response of a curved bridge under moving truck load
Though static analysis of bridges is well defined, the results are not very realistic. Dynamic analysis will be more realistic if the model can be calibrated.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...
