Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Fault-tolerant basis and fault-tolerant edge basis of three classes of French windmill graphs
A resolving set is a subset of vertices that uniquely identifies every vertex based on distances. A fault-tolerant resolving set maintains this condition under any single-vertex removal, and the minimum size of such a set is the fault-tolerant metric ...

On metric dimension of edge comb product of vertex-transitive graphs [PDF]
Suppose finite graph $G$ is simple, undirected and connected. If $W$ is an ordered set of the vertices such that $|W| = k$, the representation of a vertex $v$ is an ordered $k$-tuple consisting distances of vertex $v$ with every vertices in $W$. The set $

The dominant metric dimension of graphs
The G be a connected graph with vertex set V(G) and edge set E(G). A subset S⊆V(G) is called a dominating set of G if for every vertex x in V(G)∖S, there exists at least one vertex u in S such that x is adjacent to u.

Non-Perturbative Gravity and the Spin of the Lattice Graviton
The lattice formulation of quantum gravity provides a natural framework in which non-perturbative properties of the ground state can be studied in detail.

Edge Metric Dimension on Some Families of Tree
Metric Dimension as a graph invariant has various applications in real life. One of the metric dimension application is for the navigation system in transportation. In this Paper, we continue to develop the study of edge metric dimension. Let G = (V, E) be a connected graph with v ∈ V and e = uw ∈ E.

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Asymptotic Dimension of Graphs of Groups and One Relator Groups
We prove a new inequality for the asymptotic dimension of HNN-extensions. We deduce that the asymptotic dimension of every finitely generated one relator group is at most two, confirming a conjecture of A.Dranishnikov. As further corollaries we calculate

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
