We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

The Edge Metric Dimension of the Comb Product of a Cycle and a Graph with a Dominant Vertex
In this paper, we determine the edge metric dimension of the comb product of a cycle graph and a simple graph containing a dominant vertex. This result generalizes previous findings on the edge metric dimension of the comb product of a cycle and a ...

Metric dimension on sparse graphs and its applications to zero forcing sets
The metric dimension dim(G) of a graph $G$ is the minimum cardinality of a subset $S$ of vertices of $G$ such that each vertex of $G$ is uniquely determined by its distances to $S$. It is well-known that the metric dimension of a graph can be drastically

A valent-based metric framework for analyzing intuitionistic fuzzy graphs in uncertain environments
This paper introduces a new notion of distance in intuitionistic fuzzy graphs, termed the Valent distance, which incorporates the degrees (valences) of both vertices and edges.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

On mixed metric dimension of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon networks
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a class of persistent organic contaminants that contain two or more aromatic rings. PAHs are commonly found in soil, water, and air, and result in mainly incomplete combustion of carbonaceous products.
