Interplay between RNA‐protein interactions and RNA structures in gene regulation
Methodological advances in mapping transcriptome‐wide RNA‐protein interactions and RNA structures have started to uncover the potential of RNP conformations in gene regulation. Competing RNA–RNA, RNA‐protein and protein–protein interactions shape the compaction and function of RNPs throughout their lifetime and may provide novel therapeutic targets in ...

The Simultaneous Metric Dimension of Families Composed by Lexicographic Product Graphs
Let ${\mathcal G}$ be a graph family defined on a common (labeled) vertex set $V$. A set $S\subseteq V$ is said to be a simultaneous metric generator for ${\cal G}$ if for every $G\in {\cal G}$ and every pair of different vertices $u,v\in V$ there exists

CDT1 is an essential protein for DNA replication licensing that loads the MCM complex, the eukaryotic replicative DNA helicase, onto replication origins. Overexpression of CDT1 induces cell cycle arrest at the S phase. Here we showed CDT1 inhibits the progression of replication forks by interacting with the MCM complex, leading to the stalling and ...

Vertex and edge resolvability of some drug structures
Distance-based parameters are crucial in studying drug structures as they help in uniquely identifying and characterizing the molecular structure through the analysis of graph representations, thereby aiding in the understanding of molecular properties ...

On the Constant Edge Resolvability of Some Unicyclic and Multicyclic Graphs
Assume that G=VG,EG is a connected graph. For a set of vertices WE⊆VG, two edges g1,g2∈EG are distinguished by a vertex x1∈WE, if dx1,g1≠dx1,g2. WE is termed edge metric generator for G if any vertex of WE distinguishes every two arbitrarily distinct ...

Non-Perturbative Gravity and the Spin of the Lattice Graviton
The lattice formulation of quantum gravity provides a natural framework in which non-perturbative properties of the ground state can be studied in detail.

A general model for analysis of linear and hyperbolic enzyme inhibition mechanisms
We developed a general enzyme kinetic model that integrates these six basic inhibition mechanism onto a single one. From this model, we deduced a general enzyme kinetic equation that through modulation of simple parameters, γ (the relative inhibitor affinity for two binding sites) and β (the reactivity of the enzyme–substrate–inhibitor complex), is ...

Asymptotic Dimension of Graphs of Groups and One Relator Groups
We prove a new inequality for the asymptotic dimension of HNN-extensions. We deduce that the asymptotic dimension of every finitely generated one relator group is at most two, confirming a conjecture of A.Dranishnikov. As further corollaries we calculate

Dimension of the Torelli group for Out(F_n)
Let T_n be the kernel of the natural map from Out(F_n) to GL(n,Z). We use combinatorial Morse theory to prove that T_n has an Eilenberg-MacLane space which is (2n-4)-dimensional and that H_{2n-4}(T_n,Z) is not finitely generated (n at least 3).
