Evaluation of Urine Proteins by Capillary Electrophoresis
Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is a laboratory method usually used to separate proteins in body fluids such as serum, cerebrospinal fluid, or urine. Separation of proteins in urine can have clinical applications for evaluating samples from healthy dogs ...

Power and limitations of electrophoretic separations in proteomics strategies [PDF]
Proteomics can be defined as the large-scale analysis of proteins. Due to the complexity of biological systems, it is required to concatenate various separation techniques prior to mass spectrometry.

Capillary Electrophoresis in Bioanalysis [PDF]
For the period January 2006 to December 2007, Web of Science reports ∼4800 hits on capillary electrophoresis (CE) including 410 reviews. Because of the prominence of CE techniques in bioanalysis, we decided make them the focus of this review and selected 200 hundred papers representing advances in this field.

Photografted methacrylate-based monolithic columns coated with cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) for chiral separation in CEC [PDF]
A chiral capillary monolithic column for enantiomer separation in capillary electrochromatography was prepared by coating cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) on porous glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate monolith in capillary format ...

Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and

The development of a method to determine felinine in body fluids by capillary electrophoresis : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Philosophy in Chemistry at Massey University [PDF]
Ion-exchange, paper-chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were used in earlier studies for the determination of felinine in biological fluids. These methods were either inadequate and/or need laborious sample pre-treatments.

Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.
